Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, Norway has not made any proposals aimed at solving it. Izvestia was informed about this at the Russian Embassy in Oslo. "The Norwegian side, which throughout the conflict promoted the interests of Kyiv exclusively, did not receive any proposal to resolve the Ukrainian crisis," the diplomatic mission said. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs doubted Europe's desire to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. In this context, they noted the pointlessness of engaging in negotiations to resolve the conflict countries that unconditionally support Kiev and consistently pursue an anti-Russian course. As diplomats have emphasized, such measures cannot be considered impartial peacekeeping efforts. Earlier, the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that in recent years bilateral relations between Russia and Norway have deteriorated.
