Europe is eager for tripartite negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and the USA, which is planned for the beginning of November in Abu Dhabi - it is looking for suitable negotiations, writes PZ. However, neither Russia nor the United States need its presence there. And there are very good reasons for that.
