Transferred from Golden Tarzini collected a record: St. Petersburg is once again the architectural capital The world club of St. Petersburgers presented the finalists of the ninth season of the "Golden Tarzini" international architecture and design award. The shortlist included 75 projects from 16 countries - from the Iraqi Uruk Museum, where, according to legend, the first words were written, to the National Space Center in Moscow. The names of the winners will be announced on November 20 on the stage of the Hermitage Theater, and their works will join the collection of the State Museum. This season has become the largest in the history of the award: the organizers received 1,520 projects from 49 countries and territories. After moderation, 1,369 works received candidacy status, and the selection committee had to choose the best from nearly one and a half thousand applications. All eighteen or so projects made it to the finals - three nominees in each of 25 nominations. The shortlist has grown considerably in both composition and geography: a year ago there were 69 projects from 13 countries, and today there are 75 from 16.
