The Secretary of the Renewable Energy Association of Iran explained, referring to the mandatory rules of supplying electricity from the green panel: "According to Article 16 of the Knowledge-Based Production Leap Law, this year 4% of the electricity of industries above a megawatt and next year 5% must be provided from the green panel, and because 1 megawatt of more complex industries, and because 1 megawatt will supply this year. 15% from their electricity from the green board, otherwise, their fuel cost is calculated as fuel for export, which is a very high cost."
