55% growth in securities seizure cases The legal sub-department of the Central Depository for Securities and Financial Regulation announced a 55% increase in securities seizure cases earlier this year compared to Sharivar, with 2,233 cases registered. One of the services provided by the central depository for securities and settlement of funds in the capital market is related to the seizure and validation of securities. According to the announcement of the Central Depository, the number of securities seizure cases in Maher 1405 with 2,233 cases was the highest in 7 months of the year. This figure was recorded in August 1763 and September 1445; which shows a 55% increase compared to September. The total number of seizure cases in 7 months of the year reached 9349 cases. On the other hand, in the first month of the fall, 774 securities cases regarding seizure removal, 465 cases regarding sale and 344 cases regarding property investigation were handled. Applications were quickly submitted this year for 120 securities files regarding approval, 131 files regarding the cancellation of approval, 50 files regarding sale of approval and 22 files regarding verification of approval. The number of verification cases quickly dropped from 343 cases to 120 cases compared to Sharivar. At the same time, cases of de-verification increased from 499 cases in Sharivar to 131 cases in Yoter.
