Subscription to a partial investment fund in the Tehran Stock Exchange In an announcement, the Tehran Stock Exchange announced the underwriting of the investment fund of the value line industries in the banks and credit institutions sector (Valiobank) in the exchangeable funds market of the Tehran Stock Exchange. In this announcement, which was signed by Vahid Mutharinya, the operations manager of the new financial instruments market of the Tehran Stock Exchange, it was stated that the investment fund of the value industries sector intends to register the investment units of this fund in the banks and credit institutions sector based on license number 2062025/105/8/105/8 and a swap organization, through the Tehran Stock Exchange. In the other part of this announcement, it is emphasized that the investment fund of the value line branches (in the banks and credit institutions branch) is considered one of the investment funds subject to section (20) of section (1) of the Securities Market Law through registration with the Securities Organization. This fund will operate under the supervision of the Securities Organization and based on its regulations, statutes and prospectus.
