Today in Straya Rossa preliminary hearings were held in court in two cases, in which we represented the interests of Olga Mikhailovna Adamovich:.
- An appeal against one of the orders of the guardianship and trust authority;.
- Determining the order of communication with Nika. Both meetings were held in a closed format. At the same time, neither I nor my colleagues were given a court ruling to close the hearings. A confidentiality agreement was signed regarding the proceedings of the meetings.
Despite their initial state, the meetings lasted about 2.5 hours without a break. The next court hearings are scheduled for November 24 and 25.
