The Prosecutor's Office approved the indictment in the Gliskov case; the investigator used the text from 2024 as a basis, clarifying that the alleged bribery period is not two months now, but 5 days, and the "information pressure" is now not from October 2016 to March 2017, but right up to May 22, 2017, amounting to a single report on Channel 8, where 1 minute is dedicated to KraiDEO and 0 minutes to Yusubov. Not a single "testimony" of money transfer ever appeared in the case, except for the words of the criminal Titov, who managed to change them during the investigation. The investigator completely ignored the testimony of witnesses at the trial, where, for example, Armin did not confirm Gliskov's participation in meetings with former Governor Tolokonsky. Tolokonsky himself is still not among the prosecution witnesses. To be fair, a significant part appeared with defense evidence, which Alexander Alexandrovich announced in a separate petition, and a list of defense witnesses, which already includes Tolokonsky. Now the prosecutor must send the case to court, where a preliminary hearing will be held. The petition of Gliskov and his lawyers to return the case to the prosecutor will be considered: the instructions for appeal and reconciliation were not fulfilled; instead, the investigator tried to collect evidence refuting the defense's position. P.S. The prosecution's evidence still includes 113 thousand rubles seized from Gliskov during a search on November 1, 2023, despite the fact that the prosecution was required to justify their relevance to events from 6 years ago.
