And here is another development of the Ministry of Health's ideas regarding the need for objective evidence for the birth of a woman's child in order to be recognized as a mother:
- Photography by authorized organizations of the birth process with the obligatory inclusion on the screen of both the mother's face and her external genitalia, as soon as the head and the entire newborn emerge from them; - Immediate application of a unique barcode on the baby's head coming out of the perineum, which corresponds to the QUAR code created through the national messenger in the personal account of the mother's public services; - DNA testing of a newborn baby and a woman who claims to be his mother, naturally, in a special authorized organization - various fun competitions at the discretion of the court and the experts, designed to establish the spiritual bond of the intended mother and child, from the point of view of maximum compliance with the principles of protecting the interests of the child.
