PhosAgro presented four options for dividends for the nine months of 2026 at the general meeting: ₽156, ₽231 or ₽309 per share or refusal to pay.
An extraordinary meeting of shareholders will be held on December 2. The closing date of the register for receiving dividends for all three payment options is proposed for December 13.
The company's shares reacted to the news by falling. At 20:50 Moscow time, PhosAgro quotes at a minimum loss of 6.08%, to ₽5,086 per share.
