The Russian stock market opened the main session with a light rally. At 9 MSK, the Moscow Exchange index (IMOEX) added 0.14% compared to Friday, up to 2468.15 points. The Russian stock market starts this week in a relatively strong position, but it is too early to count on an uninterrupted continuation of growth, says Yaroslav Kaukov, director of strategy for FG Finam. A rally in the market will require a combination of positive geopolitical news, sustained oil, and a reduction in concerns about monetary policy. Without these factors, acquisitions run the risk of running quickly: the basic value of companies remains hostage to the value of money, ruins and expectations for further development of the conflict.
