Israeli forces of the 188th Brigade, under the command of the 36th Division, are operating in the Beaufort Ridge and Nahal Litani area with the aim of removing threats to Israeli civilians, after about a year and 8 months of activity in the Gaza Strip and a period of extensive training. During their activity, the forces located more than 340 weapons, including RPG rockets, anti-tank missiles, mortar bombs, small arms, explosive charges, grenades and ammunition. In addition, an underground shaft about seven meters deep was located inside a civilian house. Medical equipment and life were found inside.
