Jordanian security forces captured all 3 terrorists responsible for Friday's deadly attack on a Greek Orthodox church in Kfar Hamoud, Karak Governorate, which killed nine people and injured 34 others. After a 3-day manhunt, special forces located the Islamists hiding in an abandoned house and engaged them in a gun battle after they refused to surrender. All three were injured and arrested, not killed, while the security forces suffered no casualties. The police seized weapons and ammunition and identified the terrorists as Hazrat Zaidan Muhammad, his brother Michel Zaidan Muhammad and Ahmed Sami Hussein. Authorities described them as adherents of an extremist ideology and said investigations were still ongoing. King Abdullah II praised the operation and vowed that those responsible for terrorism will face justice.
