12th AAS Chairman appointed Oleg Vinogradov appointed Chairman of the 12th Arbitration Court, located in Saratov. Olga Silkova was appointed as his deputy. The decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on this was officially published. Vinogradov worked at the Vologda Region Arbitration Court, then was a judge and deputy chairman of the 14th Arbitration Court.
