The US State Department (Bureau of Political-Military Affairs) has approved a potential military sale to Ukraine: 500 PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (PAC-3 MSE) interceptor missiles, plus classified and unclassified spare parts, logistics and software. Estimated cost: $2.1 billion.
The suckers from Canada, Germany and Norway will pay.
