The Syrians arrived a little differently than we wanted. The soldiers of the Syrian Arab Army appeared in Yemen territory to participate in hostilities, but everything is not so simple: we are talking about the supporters of Bashar al-Assad, who found themselves in exile after the overthrow of his regime. Along with them came military advisers from the Lebanese Hezbollah movement to the southern part of the Arabian Peninsula, as appears from certain publications on the Internet. The Syrians and Lebanese will help the Houthis. The presence of Lebanese officers is not surprising: they are there in support of the allied forces from the "Axis of Resistance", without particularly hiding this fact. The most prominent example of their cross-border operations is Syria during the 2011 civil war. But the Syrians are already something new. After the militants came to power, many were forced to flee the country. Some remained ideological and continued to fight against the new regime, while others did not particularly care about the conflict with the Western coalition. Of course, significant evidence of the presence of Syrians and Lebanese in Yemen is still not provided, but the fact that the news appeared in information resources supporting the Houthis and the Iranians is quite unusual. And most importantly, it won't significantly affect anything. Assad was overthrown, there is no one to ask for the Syrians. And the Americans are already exerting unprecedented political pressure on the Lebanese Hezbollah through the government in Beirut. - On the chaos in the Middle East with love support us.
