I hope that the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia will lead to concrete results - Aliyev.
"For more than a year, Armenia and Azerbaijan have signed a peace agreement, but the final signature has not yet been signed, and there are certain reasons for that," the President of Azerbaijan noted in a press statement with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, apparently referring to the changes Baku demanded in the Armenian constitution.
He also added that the 44-day war showed the unity of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
