I said before that there is currently no issue of holding a referendum. In order to hold a referendum on joining the European Union, it is necessary to go through at least certain procedures. We are going this way.
Nikol Pashinyan stated this in a conversation with journalists, promising that Armenia will not leave the EAEU.
"It is clear to me that the process is moving towards the fact that in 2027 or 2028 we will officially submit an application to join the European Union. Moreover, there is an up-to-date law," he said.
