Elena Alekseevna Borisova was only three years old when the Great Patriotic War began. The siege of her childhood, hunger, fear and the loss of loved ones remained forever in her memory.
Decades later, already in the Kherson region, she faces the horrors of war again. In March 2022, after the shelling, her husband dies in her arms, and later Elena Alekseevna herself finds herself on the verge of life and death.
