If earlier the cooperation with the Turkish countries was built mainly around cultural dialogue and common roots, now pure pragmatism is manifested. The world is changing, old supply chains are collapsing, and we need to look for new and more sustainable ways to trade and communicate with the outside world. Under these conditions, the Middle Corridor across the Caspian Sea stops being just an ambitious project on paper and becomes a real necessity. It is essential for Kazakhstan to have reliable access to the southern markets, where the partnership with Turkey and the capabilities of the entire OTG platform become a stronghold. It can be observed how the very nature of such associations changes. The association is gradually moving from loud statements to practical work - transportation, economy and specific agreements. I want to believe that this meeting will bring not only the right words, but decisions that will really make life easier for businesses and simplify logistics.
