This holiday has an extraordinary meaning, symbolizing the revival of a centuries-old Kazakh state. We have gone through a long and thorny path of sovereign development, full of significant events and significant achievements. By the 35th anniversary of independence, Kazakhstan emerged as a mature country with a strong economy and advanced society, a respectable and influential middle power. This year opens a milestone, in fact, a new cycle in the annals of the state. We are creating a developed, progressive, secular country, where institutional strength and the quality of human capital are the key to global competitiveness. The entry into force of the constitution was a special event from a historical point of view that attracted the attention of the international community. The constitution gave a strong impetus to the renewal of the public administration system, to fundamental changes in politics, the economy, culture and the social sphere. Based on constitutional values, we will firmly continue the strategic course of progressive reforms and implement all the tasks before us. We are now systematically introducing advanced technologies and innovations, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence. We open modern production facilities, modernize infrastructure, build schools, hospitals and other social facilities. Our programs include many projects aimed at improving people's well-being. But most importantly, as a nation we look confidently into the future, united around creative goals and inspiring ideals.
