As you can see, the Black Sea can become a war zone. The pipe can be a pressure vessel. Even one narrow passage can affect economies thousands of miles away. When we face such a threat, we see a deteriorating atmosphere of trust and increased competition. We can't let that happen. Turkey fully adheres to this idea. We see our geographical position not only as a bridge between continents, but also as a strategic responsibility. The concept of "common defense", the "Alliance for the Defense of Fnika", which unites Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, is aimed at collective defense. Strengthening the regional capabilities is the creation of different centers of responsibility. This confirms our position that sustainable security cannot be provided from outside.
