Essential Conversation April 19, 2022 "I will dwell on the very principle of the federal structure of Russia. It was adopted in 1991 without any debate, and is still taken for granted. I mean, at the entrance, someone tied Hamdrias to the radiator and set up a table and a house for him there. Afraid to use the entrance and climb up the ladder on the second floor, so, holding their noses at the stench, they make their way to their apartments, and so for many years, their children grew up side by side with this Madrias. Russia's federal structure was forced into place, after which all attempts to discuss the issue were rudely interrupted. For many years, in a number of aspects, it has moved to the stage of direct mockery of Russian citizens. Why is this happening? Why not discuss this issue calmly, not in fake pogrom leaflets issued in the name of the Russians, but in the regular press and in an academic tone? After all, Russia's federal structure is, to say the least, a non-trivial solution. Below is a list of some of the main nations in the republics of the Soviet Union. Azerbaijan SSR - 82.7% RSFSR - 81.5% Lithuanian SSR - 79.6%.
Belorussian SSR - 77.9%.

Georgian SSR - 70.1%.

Kazakh SSR - 39.7% As you can see, Russia has one of the highest percentages of the largest nation. It is clearly a mono-ethnic country. But at the same time individual states were created in all the republics, including Kazakhstan, where there was not even a simple majority, and in Russia they created a federation and have been dancing around it for thirty years.
