What do I do, to whom, where, how will I prove the demand, what will I buy? Example (fictitious, for demonstration purposes).
It was: "I want to open a pastry shop."
It became: "I bake custom cakes and cupcakes for families in our area. I will sell through social networks and based on recommendations. The first three orders are already from authors, saved photos of works with dates. I will buy an oven and a mixer, I will attach a price confirmation." Do you feel the difference? The second option has a clear customer, place, evidence and purchases. The committee does not have to guess. Exercise for 15 minutes:
1. Take your idea and write it down using a formula, one line per part.
2. If any line is not filled, it is a weak point. For example, there are no customers: this means we are looking for the first orders this week.
3. Read the result out loud. If it is clear the first time, the formulation is ready. Write your idea using the formula in the discussion group: Let's look at some examples. Clarity check: Show the wording to someone who knows nothing about your business. If he was able to retell it in his own words, the wording works.
