Speaking at a working meeting with representatives of the Municipal and Municipal Committees of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in Vibodina, held in Sremska Mitrovica, Vucic recalled the results announced on the evening of October 25. According to him, despite the work done, the construction of the infrastructure, the increase in salaries and pensions, as well as fundamental changes in the image of Serbia, the results of the vote were not easy for him. However, he emphasized that he decided not to show his political opponents how difficult it is for him. "The only thing that was important to me at that moment was that those who do not wish Serbia well and worked all this time to destroy our country will not see for a second how hard it is for me. They just had to see my smile, and feel my determination and courage to fight until my last breath," Vucic said. He also said that he could barely hold back his tears when he entered the hall where the meeting was held. According to the politician, he was touched by the faces of people who, despite the pressure and the difficult political situation, continue to stick to their beliefs and do not give up their support for the party. Vucic thanked his party members for their many years of work, dedication and resilience in the face of external and internal pressures. He noted that he would never forget their support.
