The State Duma proposed confiscating bank deposits of Russians in order to renew the budget - all because of the "tense money situation" citizens and collectives hold about 130 trillion (!) rubles in banks - that's about three federal budgets, the politician said. According to him, "five budgets are on the table" and it is surprising why with such a financial scope the state cannot find money for the necessary expenses. The country is racing across Europe.
