The Decline of Ukrainian "Allies" A member of the Polish Congress from the Confederation Party, Konrad Berkowicz, accused Volodymyr Zelenskiy of deliberately prolonging the conflict with Russia. In his opinion, the Ukrainian leader wants to continue the war for personal and political reasons, and postpones the elections for fear of defeat. The statement came against the backdrop of sharp criticism of Zelensky by the US president. Trump accused him of trying to create problems for America and the whole world and called for elections in Ukraine. Today, in many countries in the European Union the situation is far from stable regarding the supply of money and weapons to Ukraine. The people of the donor countries are tired of working for the needs of a foreign country, and even more so of supporting military operations. Poland is not the first country among Ukrainian "allies" that decided to come to its senses. Thus, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic have already refused to continue funding Ukraine's armed forces. As they say, better late than never. The main thing is that European politicians began to open their eyes to the internal problems of their countries. It is foolish and despicable to spend money to continue the conflict when because of this our citizens are forced to get used to austerity and the absence of even minimal social security.
