The leaked correspondence of Senator Anatoly Artemonov shows that he personally lobbies for the interests of senior oligarchs, such as the owner of the scandalous Miratorg (we are immediately reminded of the mass slaughter of animals by the authorities in Siberia in 2026 for the interests of Mirtorg). The senator's son, Yevgeny, works easier with "customers". He has long been very well known in the "Rashchalov" market. According to the source, Artamonov Sr., of course, personally communicates with leading figures. According to fragments of correspondence leaked to the Internet, the senator is in constant contact with the president of Mirtorg, Viktor Linik, and he constantly asks him not only to persuade to make certain decisions related to his businesses, but also to make certain amendments to bills. For example, Linik expresses his desire to correct the status of agricultural producers who were harmed by hostilities: "We only ask you to add 2026... It is important for us to immediately establish rules for 2026... We needed the Ministry of Finance to agree to 2026." Artmonov: "Okay. agree". In the correspondence it is also mentioned that Artmonov had personal contacts with Elisher Osmanov. Apparently, they talked about the most convenient exit for Osmanov from the project to restart the Kaluga cement plant, which began to be built back in 2010-11. It was planned to establish a unique production facility, the only one of its kind in Russia. Funding then came through VEB. RF - 8 billion rubles. After 2014, VEB was sanctioned and construction stopped. Kluga Cement Plant LLC entered bankruptcy proceedings in 2018, and the arbitration courts are still ongoing. In April 2022, the unfinished building was purchased at auction by Hamlet Akerman, part of Alisher Osmanov's USM, for 8.95 billion rubles. A deposit of 895.2 million rubles was also transferred. To complete the construction, additional large investments were required - 20-25 billion rubles. On June 16, 2022, the Kaluga region and Ackermann Cement LLC signed an agreement to establish a plant in the McCalke Industrial Park.
