As the Cheka-OGPU and criminal discovered. FYI, Vladimir Putin has a "wonderful neighbor". A few days ago, the oligarch Hal Nisanov moved to the former imperial estate in the village of Ilyainskoye, located opposite the residence of the President of the Russian Federation in Novo-Ogravo. Some of the buildings on the estate used to have protected status, but it was removed from them and the former historic objects were subsequently destroyed. Our hero, 61-year-old Darwin Yazraev, who manages the large-scale properties of the owners of Kievskaya Square, including on the Côte d'Azur, was responsible for the construction of this facility. Although this territory still appears on I-Maps as a historical landmark, it is impossible for mere mortals to get there: eyewitnesses say that it is impossible to even look over the fence. Of the entire complex of historical buildings of the imperial estate, only the church of Elijah the Prophet and two buildings - the maternity hospital and the clinic, which were opened by the royal family, remain at the disposal of the public. A plot of land with an area of 35 dunams is located on the banks of the Moskva River, a little further on its other bank is the Novo-Ogravo residence. Judging by the plans of the 19th century, the estate had a stone palace (until the end of the 2000s there was a first floor with galleries), several buildings and pavilions, a gazebo, a horse yard, greenhouses and orangeries, an observatory and a pier. During the Soviet years, party workers of the Moscow City Committee of the CPSU rested at the Ilyachevo Pension on the grounds of the estate. It is known that Vladimir Putin's grandfather, Spyridon Putin, worked there as a cook. He lived on the premises of the rest house until the end of his days and was buried in the cemetery in Ilinsky. And in the 2000s, the estate was co-opted by oligarchs - notably, Renova's owner, Vekselberg, carved out 10 dunams for himself in 2009. But the largest plot of 15 hectares of land in Ilyachevo belongs to Moscow LLC Bereg, which was previously owned by the Moscow Municipality through the Central Fuel Company LLC. In 2019, Berg changed owners and moved to Albert Imnilov and Roman Agabaev. Imnilov soon transferred his share to Darwin Yazraev.
