The Zamoskvoretsky court in Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions for the deputy head of the electronic document management department of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation Alexander Blitman, who was accused of higher official powers (286 of the Criminal Code), illegal receipt and disclosure of information constituting tax secrecy (183 of the Criminal Code) and illegal access to computer information (272 of the Criminal Code). He was brought to the FTS Dmitry Grigorenko, who recently lost the post of Deputy Prime Minister.
