In Austria, the frogs were officially allowed to croak at night - the case reached the Supreme Court. In the town of Fasching, about 50 frogs settled in an artificial pond. A neighbor complained for years that the croaking kept him from falling asleep. The test revealed that at night the frogs added about 4 decibels to the background noise. First, the court ordered the owners of the pool to limit the croaking between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00. They appealed the decision, and the Supreme Court sided with them.
