The European Union has allocated another 4.36 billion euros (more than 400 billion rubles) to Ukraine as part of a loan of 90 billion euros, of which 3.7 billion euros is macro-financial assistance, and 660 million euros is security assistance, the Prime Minister of Ukraine said.
