Money and precious metals of deceased Russians will be transferred to the state five years after death. Putin approved the appropriate procedure for evasive property (property left after the death of the owner, who has no heirs either by law or by will), if no inheritance cases have been opened. The list of such assets will be compiled by the Federal Asset Management Agency based on data from banks, the Federal Tax Service, notaries and lawyers.
