The government allowed the export of diesel fuel in October in the amount of 510 thousand tons, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak said. Even larger quantities are being prepared for November: Russia plans to export 2.1 million tons of diesel fuel to world markets, including the US. At the same time, the planned diesel export volume may be reduced due to Ukrainian drone attacks on refineries.
