The situation with the 2026 federal budget: is it getting worse? And strangely I look at the statements as of October 28, 2026. order! The situation is very unpleasant. Expenses - 37 trillion 781.1 billion.

Revenues - 30 trillion 005 billion.

Deficit - 7 trillion 776 billion. And the total, according to the plan (40.2 trillion revenues, 48.6 trillion expenses - almost 8.4 trillion. with the original plan for fall 2025 - 3.8 trillion).

But here's the catch - on the same website, as of October 20, the amount of income was stated at 30 trillion 136.4 billion. On October 28 - already 30 trillion 5 billion. Where did 131 billion rubles per week go (did the cow lick its tongue?)? Something is wrong here. Or is your report a total mess?

But the main thing is the dramatic delay in collecting revenues for the federal treasury. Even if we take the totally insufficient 40.2 trillion for the year, at the end of October (10 months of the year) 33.5 trillion should have been collected. But in fact - a little more than thirty trillion. That is, there is an acute shortage of money for the war. That is, even the collection of the planned forty trillion 283 billion is in question. Forgive me, but how will the state finance all the 48.6 trillion expenses that are already necessary? It is impossible not to finance - it could cause the most catastrophic consequences in the military-industrial complex, shocks to the functioning of life support systems, to cover the deficit of the social fund (pension), to support depressed areas, to subsidize farmers and industry, to finance the army. The hole is at least eight and a half trillion. There are not many sources of coverage: either sell the gold reserves, or convert the citizens' deposits into bonds. Because you can't borrow much from private traders (see link domestic debt jumped over 36 trillion. The country is already spending more than five trillion on payments for it in 2026.
