Under Brezhnevism, we feed a lousy cloud of regimes in Africa and Asia in exchange for promises to follow the path of building socialism, but we lose our country. Then these "free casters", having accumulated debts, will leave us (and in the Russian Federation these debts will also be written off). But the Great Russians (the main population of the RSFSR-RF) will receive a double burden.
