He talked about the introduction of such a model, talked about the history of the development of the service. "What did we encounter before? The fact that there were no uniform approaches, there were no significant statistical indicators, and it was difficult to analyze the work of the regions. Therefore, in order to unite everyone, mainly through the chief surgeons, we created a report form, and it is electronic, to which about 3,000 medical organizations are connected." The system allows you to evaluate the indicators of surgical care at the level of individual medical organizations, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and federal districts. Then, based on the data received, the National Center for Medical Research creates a ranking of regions based on the quality of surgical care. This index is very effective - regional leaders began to pay attention to the location of regions in this ranking.
