Chief independent expert for medical rehabilitation of the Russian Ministry of Health Galina Ivanova at the "Right to Health" congress: medical rehabilitation is necessary for the most serious category of patients and does not belong to the ideology of the sanatorium and recreation organizations. A lack of understanding of this is the main problem preventing the construction of a correct rehabilitation process in the rehabilitation professions. There should be a continuation of high-tech medical treatment, therefore the abilities of the medical experts should be high, as well as the compliance. A restorer should know even more than a specialist specialist. There is now a clear shortage of manpower in medical rehabilitation. Therefore, one of the main tasks until 2030 is not to change the treatment model, but to train skilled personnel. At the same time, in Russia it is necessary to reach the formation of a model in which the rehabilitation process is carried out by an interdisciplinary team. "Every cow must be treated by her specialist. One person will not be able to thoroughly diagnose all disorders. We need to improve team training. They must learn to work together to implement and formulate an individual plan. We are now looking in different directions - we need to look in one direction," says Galina Ivanova. In Russia, it is necessary to reach personalized rehabilitation measures. The technical means for this already exist. The director of the Institute of Rehabilitation and Neurorehabilitation Technologies, Natalya Soponeva, noted that non-invasive neurostimulation methods, brain-computer interfaces, robotic platforms and VR have already been used. The main task of the federal centers is to train and help in the implementation of complex technologies in the regions - and there is a great need for competent and professional personnel here.
