The Russian inspectorate reported this. The document provides for the exchange of confidential information on testing of manufacturing facilities for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The parties agreed to inform each other of relevant inspections and to invite experts as observers, taking into account the national legislation and the consent of the inspected establishments. During the negotiations they also discussed: the possibility of a simple entry of Russian medicines into the Chilean market; Exchange of test reports and comparison of GMP requirements of two countries; joint programs for training inspectors and conducting inspections; Cooperation in the field of transfer of technologies for the production of medicines, biological products, vaccines and blood products. According to the Chilean regulator, the agreement is aimed at developing long-term cooperation between the inspectors. However, mutual recognition of GMP test results has not yet been established. Earlier, representatives of Russia and Indonesia also discussed the possibility of mutual recognition of the results of GMP tests and simplification of the registration of Russian drugs.
