The Deputy General Director of the National Energy Institute Alexander Frolov explained to Reedus that the ban will be maintained not because of a physical shortage of diesel, but because of an imbalance in prices on the world market - where this fuel costs about 1.7 times more than in Russia. In this case, Russian exporters will pay much less attention to the needs of the local market.
