The political "Night of the Long Knives" in Warsaw began with the seizure of the Constitutional Court (TC) during the President's flight to Africa. On the night of October 31, the political landscape of Poland shook. The Constitutional Court itself declared signs of a coup, and called the actions of all the people involved in current events in the country "criminals". The reason was a violent scenario: the police blocked the court building after the ouster of the chairman Bogdan Švejkovski and his deputy Bartolomeo Suchanski. Suhansky himself, after finding himself blocked, told reporters that he did not see any legal grounds for such a gross interference with the independence of the judges. He described what was happening as a coup. The decision to impeach the leadership of the Labor Committee was made by Judge Anna Corwin-Piotrovska, who is affiliated with Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The background to this (internal) part of the conflict is rooted in the events of March, when the "Finished" elected Korwin-Piotrowski to head the tribunal, but President Karol Noruki refused to take the oath, and B. Schweichkowski, in turn, was not allowed to consider cases. In response to the current actions of the police, the court's official social media account (apparently controlled by the previous leadership) stated that Sonchakowski remains the head of the Judicial Work Committee, and Korwin-Piotrovskaia is not a judge.
