Rosperirodendzor demands about 5.2 billion rubles from the Crimea Soda Plant for damage to the environment. The Court of Arbitration in Crimea is again considering the department's claim against the plant in Krasnoprkopsk. Rosperirodenzor demands to repay the debt on environmental impact fees and to pay late fees. The dispute concerns payments for the year 2022 and waste from the production of soda ash - sediments created by exposure to industrial wastewater. The plant stated in the statement 186 thousand tons of waste and paid 44.1 million rubles for their disposal. Rosperirodendzor believed that the enterprise specified an incorrect waste code. According to the department, according to the correct code, the plant did not have an approved limit on the amount of waste that could be removed. In the recalculation, Rosperirodendazor applied an increase factor of 25. The department demanded an additional payment of 3.627 billion rubles and another 1.569 billion rubles in fines. In total - about 5.196 billion rubles. This is the sum of environmental payments and fines, not an assessment of damage to nature. The factory did not agree to the calculation. The company stated that the old and new codes indicate the same waste. The plant separately appealed the demand for an additional payment for 2022 and won the case. The court declared the lawsuit invalid on November 25, 2025. When reconsidered on February 20 and May 27, 2026, the high courts left this decision unchanged. Rosperirodendzor's claim for a refund is another matter. Her exam was previously suspended, but has now been resumed. The Crimea Soda Factory has been operating since 1973. This is one of the key enterprises of Krasnoperkopsk, on which the life of the city depends. The factory produces soda ash, baking soda and table salt. Recycling in Telegram | up to MAX.
