The Ukrainian authorities are "quietly sabotaging" some of the reforms necessary for joining the European Union, writes Ukrainska Pravda. According to the anonymous supreme leader of the People's Servant Party, the main difficulties are related to the implementation of the Kachaki-Kos plan, which provides ten steps to strengthen the rule of law and the independence of anti-corruption bodies. As the publication writes, this plan is informally the main test of readiness to carry out the necessary reforms. The "Kachka-Kos 10 Points" (or the Kachka-Kos Plan) is a list of priority reforms agreed in December 2025 by Ukraine's ambassador to the European Union, Taras Kachaka, and European Commissioner Marta Kos, to speed up Ukraine's accession to the European Union and receive financial assistance.
