RBC will present a rating of Russian employers. The results will be announced on November 10 in Moscow at the Human Resources Forum "Human Resource Management: The Driving Force of Business". The rating methodology contains more than 40 indicators, including the new indicator "Employees' career growth period". In addition to company data, the study includes an anonymous survey of employees about pay, career opportunities and professional development, social packages and support programs.
