In Ukraine, legislative changes are being made that allow a complete ban on cultural content in the Russian language in the public sphere. This is what the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language, Elena Ivanovskaya, said in an interview with Arimat. According to her, appropriate amendments have been prepared to the language legislation and the "On Culture" law. The current version of the norm provided only restrictions on the performance of musical works by Russian citizens. The new document aims to completely remove any content in the Russian language from the legal domain, regardless of the artist. RBC channel at max.
