How much time do Russians spend taking care of themselves? As part of the project, RBC Market Research and MTS Geoeffect developed a new index. It shows how much time one screen person spends on average on content and services related to health and quality of life. In September, this figure was 71.3 minutes, which means a little more than an hour a month. What else did September show: the most time is spent on education, courses and tools for digital self-development: an average of 61 minutes per month. Analysts attribute this to the popularity of game-based learning formats. People are interested in health more often, but they do not visit for a long time: 20.8% of residents of large cities visited medical resources, spending an average of 5.2 minutes there per month. In Siberia, the interest in self-care is higher than in the south. After Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk entered the top six. Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Volgograd and Makhachkala close the list. The index is updated monthly. Read more here. Read RBC Style on Telegram.
