The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia recommended hotels, pensions, vacation homes, as well as cafes and restaurants that offer breakfast, to highlight a separate category "Russian breakfast" in the menu. This stems from the project concept published on the department's website. For breakfast it is recommended to serve dairy products, meat and fish snacks, hot dishes, pastries, pancakes, porridge, stews, eggs and traditional drinks. In particular, the list includes cottage cheese, baked milk, local cheeses, cheesecakes, ham, boiled pork, meatballs, pies, kulbiaki, dumplings, cheesecakes, ginger, jelly, kvass, fruit drinks and herbal teas. The initiative does not apply to cafes and ethnic restaurants with distinct national specialties, such as Georgian, Japanese or Italian cuisine. RBC channel at max.
