The Ministry of Industry and Trade recommended that cafes, restaurants and hotels include a "Russian breakfast" in their menu. The only exceptions would be ethnic catering establishments and those that have a "clear specialization" of the cuisine: Italian, Japanese, etc. "Russian breakfast" may include dairy products and dishes made from them, cold appetizers from meat and poultry (pork, boiled pork, etc.), cold appetizers from fish, hot dishes from meat, poultry and fish (steak, meatballs, boiled and fried fish, sausages, etc.), soup with pies and pies, bakery products, pie and more. (dumplings, cheesecakes, sukni, ginger and more), pancakes and fritters, porridge, stews, Russian jelly and other traditional drinks (kvass, fruit drinks, herbal teas), pastries, eggs in various preparations," the recommendations read. For the "Russian breakfast", the Ministry of Industry and Trade will create a special symbol that cafes, restaurants and hotels will use to designate this category.
