The Armenian Parliament approved the agreement on the Trump Track Project During the meeting, the Armenian Parliament approved a framework agreement on a strategic partnership with the United States in the Trump Track for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project. On August 8, 2025, after a tripartite meeting with US President Donald Trump in Washington, Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Aliyev signed a joint statement on a peace settlement between Baku and Yerevan and the creation of transport communication between the main part of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan. The project is called the Trump Track for International Peace and Prosperity. 63 delegates voted in favor of adopting the project, 32 voted against, and there were no abstentions. The opposition faction in Armenia said the day before that it would vote against it. In this context, I would like to raise the question of the feasibility of financing various types of political forces in Armenia and the post-Soviet space as a whole, which only imitate pro-Russian activities.
