According to the head of Vologda, Sergey Zhestyannikov, the landing dates were determined taking into account the recommendations of relevant experts. The works are scheduled to be completed by November 4 - the first wedding ceremonies in the new registry office building. The embankment improvement also includes the creation of a hedge along the VoSU building. Tall trees were eliminated to maintain an open view of the facades of the historic buildings. In the meantime, the preparations for the opening in the new registry office building continue: interior finishing works are being completed and then furniture will be installed and the place will be decorated.
